Visiting Arizona Lutheran Academy is the best way to discover if ALA is right for you.  We offer several scheduled and unscheduled opportunities for you to stop by see what makes ALA unique.
Student Shadow Dates | Second Semester 2014
Arizona Lutheran Academy invites students to participate in an ALA Student Shadow Date. Visiting students will spend the day with an ALA student, attend actual classes and chapel, meet teachers, new friends and experience first-hand what being part of ALA is really like.

Details about shadowing:
  • Visiting students should arrive on campus by 7:55 a.m.
  • Cell phones must be turned off and kept out of sight during all classes.  Phones can be used during lunch.
  • Bring a book to read or homework to do in case you attend a Study Hall with your ALA partner.
  • Visiting students should bring their own lunch or money to purchase lunch from Ralph's Lunch Truck. We have refrigerators and microwaves for students to use.
  • Please keep in mind ALA does not have uniforms. We do expect our students to dress modestly and neatly. Jeans are allowed; however, ripped or sloppy clothing, spaghetti straps and clothing that reveals undergarments are not allowed. Pants must be pulled up and not sagging.

Get To Know ALA Pizza & Pasta Dinner, 6:00 p.m.
We invite you to find out what makes ALA unique by coming to campus to be our guests for a pizza & pasta dinner. During this evening you will meet Principal Kurt Rosenbaum, Admissions Coordinator Michelle Meyer and other members of the ALA faculty. You will have the opportunity to tour campus and learn more about how ALA equips teens academically, spiritually, socially and emotionally.

Event dates for the 2014-2015 school year are currently being planned!

Details:
  • Parents and students are invited to attend a no cost, no obligation pizza & pasta dinner at 6:00 p.m.
  • During dinner you will learn more about Arizona Lutheran Academy and meet members of the ALA faculty.
  • Tours will be available, after dinner.
  • Optional: students may use this opportunity for a Student Shadow Date and follow the schedule posted above.
  • If the student shadows during the day, special activities will be held after school until the start of the dinner.
